Abstract

The ethical shame identified with suicide is examined as it is hard to standardize how we conceive it, as well as our method for treating suicide. It befits an inquiry on the inherent holiness of life, and essentially whether it is worth living or not. ”There is but one truly serious philosophical problem and that is suicide. In the words of one great philosopher, Judging whether life is or is not worth living amounts to answering the fundamental question of philosophy (Camus, 1942). Keywords: Suicide, Analysis, Life
