In this article, we think about two estimation methods with only two stress levels based on the Burr Type-XII distribution when the observed failure times are Type-II Hybrid censored. The Bayesian estimation and maximum likelihood estimation of the parameters for Burr XII distribution-based step-stress model are derived. In addition, asymptotic variance and covariance matrix of the estimators are given. They display some numerical illustration through Monte Carlo simulation for the finding. Finally, we present examples to illustrate all the estimation methods discussed.
