In this paper, reliability function based on the Rayleigh distribution with two parameters is obtained. The location and scale parameters are estimated using different methods. The maximum likelihood, the first and second modified moment and Bayesian estimation methods are established. A numerical study depends on simulated observation is introduced. Rayleigh distribution was conducted to compare different estimation methods based on their mean square error.
